For cancellation received until Monday, April 20, 2015, midnight CET, deposits will be refunded. After this date, no refund will be possible.
MCI reserves the right to cancel or modify the networking program if the minimum participation is not attained or due to factors beyond the control of the organizers. In the event of such cancellations, any payments will be refunded after the Congress.
Awards and Grants

Badge Reprint or Name Change
For a badge name change, written permission from the original participant will be required, along with full contact details of the substitution.
If a badge is lost or forgotten, an administrative fee of CAD 105 will be charged for the reprint of the badge after identity verification (passport, driving license or other recognized identification document).
All cancellations are to be sent to MCI Suisse SA in writing (fax, letter, or email). For cancellations received before Wednesday, May 20, 2015, deposits will be refunded less CAD 105 for administrative costs. After this date, no refunds will be possible.
The month of Ramadan will fall during the ISTH 2015 Congress in June 2015. For those of you who are participating in Ramadan, we will have boxed meals available for you to take back to your rooms in the late afternoon each day of the Congress. Please indicate on your registration whether or not you will need a boxed meal.
There is also a place on the registration form to indicate dietary requirements such as food allergies or vegetarian needs.
Small group (2-9 participants) registration is also available through the online registration portal. For more information or for larger groups, please contact MCI at email@example.com.
Insurance and Liability
It is recommended that participants obtain adequate cover for travel, health and accident insurance before they depart from their countries. ISTH and MCI as organizers cannot accept responsibility for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to private property belonging to the congress participants and accompanying persons.

Letters of Invitation
There is a section on the registration process for attendees who need a letter of invitation. If you need a letter of invitation in order to complete your visa application process, please indicate this in the appropriate place during the registration process. Method of Payment
The full payment of your registration is requested when registering. To facilitate processing, participants should clearly indicate their name, file number and the purpose for which the payment is made on all remittances. No confirmation will be sent until MCI Suisse SA has received the payment.

Please take note that online payments by credit card require “3D secure” identification. We kindly ask you to take note of the below information before you proceed to your payment.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION on 3D Secure Payment:
3D Secure (also known as Verified by Visa, Mastercard Securecode) is an authenticated payment system that offers added security for your online purchases. During payment, your bank checks the card holder’s identity before validating the transaction.
After validating credit card details you are transferred to your bank’s website. A 3D Secure window appears and you are asked to follow an authentication procedure which differs for each bank. You may be asked to:
After confirmation from your bank, your payment is validated and your transaction completed. You will receive your booking confirmation by email. Please direct any questions about 3D Secure (obtaining a code, lost code, changing your code, etc.) or the authentication process to your bank.
A handling fee of CAD 50 per registration will be charged for every registration modification received after Wednesday, May 20, 2015.
A confirmation of registration and payment status will be sent to the individual or company that requests registration. Confirmation will be sent only when the corresponding payment is received. Participants should bring the letter of confirmation to the registration desk at the meeting venue when collecting their documents.
