For cancellations received before Monday, 18 April, 2016, deposits will be refunded less 25€ administrative charge. After this date, no refunds will be possible.
Registered participants who are unable to attend the congress cannot nominate a substitute participant. Name changes are not allowed.
Please indicate on the registration form any dietary requirements such as food allergies or vegetarian needs.
Group registration is available for groups of 10 or more. To register a group please contract email@example.com.
It is recommended that participants obtain adequate cover for travel, health and accident insurance before they depart from their countries. ISTH and Colloquium as organizers cannot accept responsibility for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to private property belonging to the meeting participants and accompanying persons.

There is a section on the registration process for attendees who need a letter of invitation. If you need a letter of invitation in order to complete your visa application process, please indicate this on the attendee information page during the registration process.
The full payment of your registration is requested when registering. Confirmation will not be sent until Colloquium has received the payment. Either of the following means can be used for payment:
1. Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
2. Bank Transfer
Please join the ISTH for a scientifically stimulating evening where you can experience the culture of the ISTH SSC 2016 host country, France, and mix, mingle, network and enjoy the tastes of the Languedoc Roussillon region.
The Networking and Cultural Evening is an opportunity to learn, discover, engage and network. Use this occasion to reconnect with old acquaintances and make new ones at this unique event on Thursday, May 26.
Please note that a separate registration is required to attend this event. No general congress funds or registration fees are used to pay for the organization of this evening and its program. Learn more here.
A confirmation of registration and payment status will be sent to the individual or company that requests registration. Confirmation will be sent only when the corresponding payment is received. Participants should bring the letter of confirmation to the registration desk at the meeting venue when collecting their documents.
The early registration deadline is before abstract presenters will be mailed their letters of acceptance. If you are an accepted abstract presenter, you will qualify to register at the early registration fee. This option will be available to you during registration.
