ISTH Council Elections in 2014 - Call for Nominations for ISTH Council Class of 2020
Wednesday, December 4, 2013
At the upcoming ISTH SSC 2014 Meeting, the members of ISTH’s Council Class of 2014 will retire.
Society members are now invited to submit nominations for candidates for the Council Class of 2020.
Serving the ISTH as a Councilor is an important function. Council members lead the Society according to the organization’s mission and values. The Council is the governing body of the ISTH. It authorizes and exercises all of the Society’s corporate powers and oversees its activities. It also sets the strategy, prioritizes objectives and sets the policy framework for the Society.
Five members will be elected to the Council. This will include four at-large seats and one seat designated for a member from a Reach-the-World country.
Nominations will be closed on January 23, 2014.
