Part I will cover recent ideas about mechanisms of hemostasis and show how they provide insights into arterial thrombosis and the effects of antiplatelet agents. Part II includes a particular focus on the mechanisms of deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Learn about the role of innate immune cells and how aberration of immunothrombosis contributes to DVT.
