The World Thrombosis Day campaign has released the 2016 impact report, highlighting continued growth of the global campaign. The report was compiled with input and support from more than 675 partners around the globe.
In 2016, World Thrombosis Day introduced a new theme of “Know Thrombosis: Keep Life Flowing,” which encourages healthcare professionals, patients, and the public to become educated about the condition of thrombosis. With a campaign reach of more than 2.3 billion this year, the message of thrombosis education and prevention spread further than ever before.
