You are invited to attend a free educational symposium spotlighting the important topic of hospital-associated venous thromboembolism (VTE) in honor of World Thrombosis Day on 13 October.

Co-hosted by Northwell Health and the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH), who manages World Thrombosis Day, join an esteemed panel of leading experts as they discuss the thrombosis disease burden, how a health system can implement routine VTE risk assessments in patients admitted to the hospital, and key evidence-based prevention strategies.This informative event will include three speaker presentations and an engaging panel, plus remarks from a patient ambassador. CME credit will be available.
