Participate in the latest ISTH REDCap project: Immunotherapy Induced ITP Survey.

Immune thrombocytopenia is a rare but sometimes serious complication of immunotherapy, introducing the risk of life threatening bleeding and interrupting treatment options in otherwise poorly controlled disease. Clinicians are often forced to make decisions regarding treatment without evidence to guide them, treating this phenomenon as one might treat primary or pediatric ITP. This survey hopes to describe the current state of management for this complication across ISTH members. By identifying gaps in our knowledge regarding treatment strategies we hope to inform future clinical practice across jurisdictions and guide future research directions and collaborations.
