The SSC mission is to focus on practical matters dealing with nomenclature, methods and standards. 

Below you will find a link to the SSC Standing Committee on Coagulation Standards, who oversees the Secondary Coagulation Plasma Standard.  The plasma standard was created by the Society to offer a uniform plasma standard for use by the manufacturers in labeling their coagulation calibrators.
